Please note that the above form is for application purposes only. The information provided will be used to allocate places in accordance with the school admissions policy. You are further required to submit a copy of your child’s assessment report to deterine eligibility for the special class before 3rd May 2024. This may be submitted to the school office of by email to autismclass@ballylinanns.com
Our Autsim Class in now fully subscribed with a waitlist in operation. If you wish to add your child’s name to the waitlist for the 2024 / 2025 school year, please do so here. Places, if they beocme available will be allocated as outlined in our school Admissions Policy.
